Care and Use Instructions

To adjust Fill:
Pillow’s inner zipper provides easy access to the fill. If a less filled pillow is desired, remove fill until optimal comfort is achieved. You may seal and store excess buckwheat hull in a freezer for later use.

Cleaning Instructions
Remove cover and machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. Do not allow hull-filled inner pillow to get wet.
