To Heat: Place in a clean microwave and heat in one minute intervals until optimal warmth is achieved. Blanket should feel warm not hot to the touch.
To Cool: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for at least 4 hours. May be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use.
To Clean: Remove outside case and machine wash and dry.
